We do NOT reimburse your hotel and ticket; we do NOT promise you “no commission”. The ONLY thing we DO promise you is that we will do our very best to guide you in your choice of property and to fight for your interests. So no cheap selling tricks, we “just” offer you what you really need while buying real estate …. someone you can trust and who will guide you through the labyrinth of the purchase procedure. We offer you this for a reasonable price.
With us you can still buy the property you like and was offered to you by another agent.
In Bulgaria normally the seller as well as the buyer is represented by his own real estate agent. We think this is a clear way of working ... all parties can protect their own interests. Quite often we manage to negotiate the price down, more than the amount of our commission. This way of working also gives you the opportunity to buy that appealing piece of real estate that was offered to you by another “selling real estate agent”, but at the same time having our agency as a trustworthy representative on your side, knowing that we will protect your interests during the deal.
